What to say about this ?
It's easy to find here and there part of what's great in Tsui Hark's filomgraphy, but unfortunatly the flaws are much more represented.
Hark is used to settle chaos as the main ingredient for greatness. However we only keep here the bad aspects of it. Too much exposition, too much characters, too much useless and ugly CGI, too much confusing editing.
