Noroi: The Curse 2005
I saw this when I was in the States during a trip to Willows, California. The house I was staying in belonged to a man who I had met only 4 hours prior and he told me that he had had his guns confiscated after a psychotic breakdown which resulted in him leading the police on a high speed chase down a highway. He told me when he was finally pulled over he told the police he thought he was in a parade.
