A journey in Ballard Washington. One of the best scripts in New American cinema, a resemblance on the French New wave with the black humor, footprint of the director himself. A must to watch if you like to see the real seattle.

This was my last non-fiction film to watch at Sundance. Very Hollywood style movie, I feel they could have better off keeping it shorter.

It was in general well made, good photography and well picked locations. Movie starts with quite dramatic announcement but yet it is not the kind of movie that seeks to explode that in excess. Not my cup of tea but I could see getting standing ovation and tears when or if it make it to the theaters.
