THIS WAS SO MUCH FUN!
I do not generally like horror or slasher or gore stuff but the combination of those things with slapstick, Jack Quaid humor, female rage and cartoony violence was just pitch perfect. I'm also pretty sure that there is a direct Terminator reference at the end.
I didn't want to see this for the last few months cuz like who needs more of that orange piece of shit. But the Oscars are tomorrow, and I have to do my homework. I've said a lot of nice things about Michael Glover Smith on this app. He's my favorite independent filmmaker. Period, the end. He's also my dear friend so I mayyyyy be a little biased. I was lucky enough to be invited to a press screening on 12/04 to see this by my favorite indy Filmmaker, Michael Glover Smith. I was going in with managed but pretty high expectations.
