There is so much to say about this episode…the art style, the animation, the directing-wow.
I love that all the main characters represent the different types of One Piece fans. From power scalers, to genuine inspirational heroes. Man….
Just the effect that this band of renegades have on everyday people is insane. Oda is really on an another level when it comes to making something so universally needed and desired with One Piece. People crave freedom, acceptance, and support.
Man. I can’t wait to watch again.

-Miles Morales did nothing wrong.
-We spend a lot of time brooding with Gwen.
-The familial and emotional peaks of the story are wonderful (great voice work by everyone), but the plot feels so insincere and misunderstands the source material completely.
-Spider-Man would literally never sanction the murder of civilians, much less create a giant group of space-time spider-cops to see it out (Madame Webb probably would though).
