The Fall of the House of Usher 2023
As someone who grew up reading Edgar Allan Poe this was a pure masterpiece. I didn’t think Mike Flanagan could top the amazingness that is Hill House but this was absolutely insanely genius the way he interwove a lot of Poe’s famous works into the story of The Fall of the house of Usher and how he also adapted the story to our time and themes that are very relevant in the happenings of today. Also the fact that this works with the whole eat the rich message that’s being used lately made me enjoy it even more. This was a big WIN!!
