  I really appreciate a lot about this. The performances (minus Ruffalo, but I’ll get to that), the set dec, the premise, and all of the technical aspects of the film making were really top notch. And while I appreciate that this movie actually had the balls to criticize Trump with its entire chest, I do feel like Ruffalo’s performance is the weakest link here.   It’s a fun flick with some really good shots. Perkins is a good director. And the comedic elements worked pretty well for me. But it didn’t entirely work for me. I haven’t read the Stephen King short, so I’m not sure if the blame lies in the source material or the adaptation, but the overall plot and writing felt a little confused.
