A perfect movie.

The documentary was a cool look at a very unique and enduring band. Iam not a Rush fan, but the documentary made me feel like they seem like cool, average people/nerds... Barring their conceptual album revolving around Ayn Randy's terrible ideas, I have new respect for them.

Goddamn. Paints a deeply disturbing, yet poignant picture of fascism in full genocidal swing, seen through the eyes of naive teen hoping to play apart in the resistance. There are just so many moments of existential note that it feels impossible to characterize the power of the experiences had throughout the film. However, the story, the directorial creativity, the outstanding cast, all coalesce to bring the power of the various horrors and absurd events to bear with such intellectual integrity that it leaves critical questions to ponder by moving beyond the yearning for simple revenge.

Haven't cried so much during a movie since... Well maybe ever. Ordinary solidarity from half way around the world changes the course of history, 10 out of 5.
