  This is a cheesy, stupid movie, but it is fun to a degree. Watching Kraven run around like a panther or swing on buildings like an ape is as ridiculous as it sounds, but I usually had a big smile on my face. The CGI is awful, but I did like the gore and high body count in the film, which only served in making the "comedy" fall flat. The biggest downfall for this goofy mess is the same issue…

  This movie is a beautiful mess, it's great to look at, but everything else is lesser than the original. The songs are weak, the characters are more annoying than entertaining and the story is blah. But the animation is fantastic, but that's about it.

  This may be the most grating film I've ever seen. Non-stop baby crying, occasionally broken up by a woman screaming, only to be interrupted every now and again by a blaring musical stab at a supposed jump scare. This was a chore to get through, and if I hadn't paid $5 to rent it, I would've bailed 20 minutes in. Infuriating, awful, dull, and annoying as hell, hands down the WORST film I've watched this year.

  Wow, I remember this story, but seem to remember the media focus was on the environmental impact, not the crew of the rig. This is their story and dear lord, it's quite a tense tale. My sphincter was clinched so tight through the last half of this film I had to pull out 4 yards of chair upholstery as credits rolled. Just an amazing film with great visuals and performances.
