  Absolutely loved this. I don't want to spoil this one but I think Atrangi Re is meant to be an allegory that presents itself as a rom-com on the surface level. I'm glad to see a film in this era of Bollywood that does not strive to be a no-brainer while still attempting to get their message across those viewers who continue to dismiss it as a thinker.
  Oh and the controversial casting surprisingly works really well.

  It's a pretty film you watch for pretty visuals. Hats off to the art department. The songs are a vibe. The story is alright. Tabu nails it like she always does but I can see why Rekha was initially cast. The rest of the performances aren't that great but they aren't terrible. Probably Ajay Devgn's greatest performance in his entire career (I use probably because I haven't watched every single film he's been in but I have watched plenty), especially…
