This was a terrifying watch. There is nothing worse than reality.Everything about this show was researched and there for a reason. The one shot episodes were crazily put together and despite not showing everything an audience may expect or want this show told the very story intended. This show is not about murder. Ive never seen a show so real and believable. And on doing further research hearing that the choir in i think episode one were children from THE ACTUAL SCHOOL and the soloist was the woman who played THE VICTIM i felt sick. This show is a masterpiece!!

This mini series was horrifyingly tragic. I loved how it shed light on the brutality of this era in New York such as the AIDs epidemic and homelessness. I cried too many times watching this and had to look away at some points but for some reason it was such a beautiful show. I also really like the use of morally grey characters that you still somehow root for? 5 stars highly recommend binging this‼️
