This shit was bOnkErs. and I didn't 'get' it, but I don't really think there was really much to even get?
Eggers seems cocky and sexually overindulgent with his production choices and the film thematically was, well, disgusting, outdated, frankly, misogynistic. It was all quite disturbing, sometimes entertaining, but usually not in the way Eggers meant it to be.
Thumbs down.
