The first half of this film was SO strong but the second half was genuinely unbearable, it felt like an entirely different film. All the white characters were so insufferable especially that American girl I literally could not get myself to care about them at all. The ending was also sooo drawn out like I get it he found his family what now?? It's so so disappointing because the first part was really incredible I wish that momentum could've been kept
