Having been raised by a single mother, I found this film delightful. It was a realistic view of a broken family attempting to make their lives into something happy and fulfilling. Annette Benning was an absolute riot and Greta Gerwig was equally emotional and compelling. Plus Billy Crudip can do no wrong.
