  Instant classic. Gorgeous movie. I laughed, I cried, I gasped, I screamed.

  I’m pretty squeamish about body horror but it was well done in The Substance. It wasn’t excessive and it felt necessary to the plot 

  I’m extremely impressed by how well this movie represents the way women are cast aside and poorly treated as they age, and how that often causes women to go to brutal extents to do the impossible task of remaining young and beautiful. On top of that, I’m incredibly so grateful it was done without portraying male violence against women, especially sexual violence.

  Wicked 2024

  Before seeing Wicked, I was a bit worried about Ariana’s ability to play the character, but I was instantly impressed. I think she and Cynthia both played their parts extremely well. I do wish it was a bit more vibrant, and that Glinda would have had some color on her cheeks, but other than that I have no complaints. It was really fun to watch.
