Revenge is dialectical. It negates the metaphysical "stand-still" of actions. When T-Bird is being duct taped to his car, after realizing whom the duct taper is, wails about the impossibility of coming back. There is no coming back, at least to the metaphysicist. The disorder, the chaos, the "one-damn-thing-after-another" must be met with a force that gives it life, that gives it meaning. His actions, which he thought metaphysical, must result in its dialectical consequence. The chaos must be met with order, which also happens to have face paint on and plays rock music.
Anyway, the movie was alright.
