The Gorge 2025
This review may contain spoilers. I can handle the truth.
I would also zipline across the writhing depths of a biochemical abomination for Anya Taylor-Joy.

Smile 2 2024
Naomi Scott is the standout in Smile 2, delivering an incredible, layered performance. Evil Dead 2013
Fedé Alvarez’s directorial debut is an absolute triumph, and a rare remake that truly delivers.
The film starts at full throttle and never eases up, delivering relentless intensity from start to finish. The performances - especially Jane Levy’s - are fantastic, and the violence is brutal, with insane practical effects and buckets of blood that make it a visual spectacle.
It honors the originals in so many ways, and yet still manages to carve out its own identity. Gory, intense and brilliantly executed.
