had higher hopes. had me in the first half. not sure i entirely understand the ending but maybe that’s my fault. full of religious metaphors if thats ur tea. like ive said- religion trope is overdone (despite organized religion being one of our biggest real life horrors)

“it’s just a scratch” as im ripping out my fingernails to determine if my love is real or forged.
jeremy allen white plays a great depiction of a partner who is perfectly fine and pleasant, but just isn’t the one, and for no reason at all.
i have a hard time swallowing the whole “duality” pill regarding relationships. how two things can be true at once. i’ll always have a hard time with it. depictions like this help though.
i fall in love with little glimpses of everyone everyday! it’s exhausting but it’s human!
