The Lodge nailed a few things right, the cast, how they portrayed grief, violence & manipulation.
Does not go for the cheap scared!
Dark & unsettling, subconscious level type of horror that sticks with you long after the credits roll.
It was joy filled, heartwarming & action packed! An absolute wacky and insane adventure.
Simple yet effective. Must watch for any blue blur fan!💙
Kira Knightley was stellar as always & Alexander Skarsgård was a pleasant surprise.
Heart-wrenching performance about what I imagine would be the messy aftermaths of war in tangled with a coping/romance story.
While the storyline was a bit dull at times, other aspects of the movie made up for it.
The chemistry between them was off the charts. The sexual tension jumps off the screen, but there is also a certain tenderness in the romance.
Bittersweet ending, but it felt appropriate for the film.
After seeing Samara Weaving in Mayhem I’ve been looking forward to what she’d do next & she knocked it out of the park with this one.
An original plot. A witty horror comedy with a lot of heart!
The leading cats doesn’t take itself to seriously & the gore fest is brilliant!
Adam Brody is definitely my stand out of the cast!
Like I heard someone say the moment we left the theater, a bloody good time!
