I just love how Pam Grier performs the last scene.
She’s happy for getting away with the money, but sad for not getting Max to come with her.
Relieved for getting rid of Ordell, but concerned about what the future holds for her.
All of that while humming “Across the 110th street” 👌🏻
21 years have gone by and I still love this movie.
I love Tarantino’s writing style, how he can turn something extremely cheesy on paper into something insanely bad ass on the screen.
Of course how not to mention Sally Menke’s editing skills, she’ll be forever remembered by her boldness and mastery.
