  Upon re-watch, this movie grew a lot more on me, I worried less about the logic of it all and was able to suspend my disbelief, and enjoy the film for exactly what it is.

  Cyberpunk: Edgerunners 2022

  As someone's first experience with the CDPR's universe, I can't help but feel like it can't escape the fact it is side-story within an existing universe. I wasn't looking for anything grandiose and I'm certain the writters were limited in what they could've done, but I didn't feel like the characters' interpersonal conflicts were quite effectively intertwined with the setting itself. Lots of plotbeats just kinda come and go out-of-nowhere.

  That's not to say I disliked the show at all, its stellar presentation makeups for the script's faults, and is utimately highly entertaining.
