The only actor who may be better than Tom Cruise is Nicole Kidman. Her performance in this movie and Eyes Wide Shut are incredible and her chemistry with Tom Cruise is amazing. I wonder why. The movie takes a step outside Tom Cruise’s comfort zone of action and dangerous stunts and shows his ability to be play a character who is driven by passion and the determination for a better life

The Substance 2024
This is one of the most unique movies I’ve ever watched in terms of cinematography and the plot. The first half was nothing short of incredible. The last 45 minutes were questionable but I chose to take it as the directors creative choice to get the message of the movie across to the viewers. Some parts definitely could have been done better but the idea of the substance is fascinating. This is a movie that you could analyze for hours, each choice seems very calculated and purposeful. Not to mention the acting was top notch. Would watch again.
