  If the film has 2 lead characters and both are Iconic and legendary at the same time, then it's a Masterpeice!
  If the film is 3 hours+ and you still feel like it shouldn't have end, then it's a Masterpeice!
  If the film is a sequel to one of the most brilliant films ever and still you like the sequel more, then it's a Masterpeice!

  Hence, The Godfather Part II is a Masterpeice! (for me)
