I was thoroughly impressed with this movie.
I think there’s something really fun about anticipating the sheer wealth and grandness of the want family and slowly uncovering it.
The relationship between Rachael Chu and Nick is somewhat believable, I just would have appreciated a few scenes before they went to Singapore to show the strength of their relationship.

I could give this movie a 3.5 like everyone else and cite the poor acting, nonbelievable plot, and much more. I see how that would be most people's rating here.
HOWEVER, on the other hand, I could say fuck it and rate one of my favorite childhood movies a 5.0.
There are just too many good scenes in this one. Too many cool twists and turns. Too much iconic music to build suspense. 10 year old griffin and 21-year-old griffin love this movie.
