  Rewatching this and it’s sequel for the first time in about two decades. 
  Part I starts off incredibly strong with the two strongest hauntings showcased back to back. Combine that with the incredibly charming historical reenactment scenes and the Charlatan who is responsible for this series has his hooks in you and now it’s too late. Several of the subsequent hauntings are backed up with such incredible evidence as “ this may look like a photograph of two men standing…
