don’t hate me but I did not enjoy this
Here are my notes, heavily influenced by our car ride discussion post watch:
- Only reason I liked it was that last scene, very fun and creative and tied a lot of knots in both the plot and characters but still was very disappointed in the overall development and unclear character arcs
- The screams were horrible

A Complete Unknown 2024
music was incredible and I enjoyed this more than any other biopic I’ve seen in a bit. However…there were multiple times where the audio was clearly not synced or the editor thought we wouldn’t notice that someone’s mouth wasn’t moving when they were talking. Also I literally learned nothing about Bob Dylan other than how he got famous. Was he a liar? Why did he change his name? Was the circus thing legit? Why does he write songs of such beauty and cannot even seem to speak to a person? Anywhoooo I did like it even though it might seem like i didn’t!
