  The movie was captivating and gripping throughout the beginning. It is probably the most realistic characters I’ve seen in an apocalyptic movie. It leaves you on edge and makes you wonder what is happening the whole time, but it strictly focuses on the characters, their distrust, and the relationships with each other, which is a great take on the concept.   Is this movie cringe? Yes. Is this movie shallow? Yes. Is this movie really about a tall girl falling in love? Yes. But all those aspects makes it such a great movie to laugh at, especially with friends. There are zero redeeming qualities about the film, but the whole build up to reveal the ending is such high tier comedy it’s insane. I’m never going to watch this movie willingly by myself. But if I want to good on something, y’all girl is a great movie. 3 stars easy

  I can only give this a 2.5 because I only stayed up halfway through the movie. I didn’t sleep out of boredom, rather I cannot stay awake past 9 o clock without struggling hardcore.
