  Not a bad movie....felt like they could have done the reveal to the characters a little earlier.

  As far as sub movies go, it is ok....this is more about romance than sub strategy....

  Not sure what i was expecting but not this. This felt directionless...felt like we would focus on the rookie, then the captain...but we should have more scenes with the character that meant so much. We should have seen more one on one with certain characters.

  * one character was there to yell into a megaphone that no one would listen to. They gave him a little more to do with buying gloves that didnt pay off.

  Dragged Across Concrete 2018

  You might say watching this film is like....being Dragged Across Concrete.

  I loved it. It is a slow, slow burn. But I wanted to know where we were going. I wanted to know who i was rooting for....I wanted to know why we saw certain scenes(still do, haha). But I love the growth of the director. Each film is sharper and sharper. Reminds me of Jeremy Saulnier films....where Jeremy's movies are slow but compact, Zahler is slow and drags. But in a good way. I like not knowing where the story was headed. In the end, I was happy where we ended up.

  This isnt bad but this is officially when the concept was squeezed and everyone felt they knew what made this good. No one ever thought about the tension the first 3 had...we saw that start to disappear in 4. Now it is get a group of kids, get the girls naked, make sure everyone is an idiot, rely on kill method to be the scary thing. There is really no tension, which is why i have no problem watching Jason…
