The church is not the past. It is what we do next
This actually also fits well with politics and governments which always state the past in their discourse and motives but forget why they are actually there and the differences that should be made for a future. Concluding, conclave obviously should world politics within the church.
Church = a historical political institution since always.
Our faith is a living thing precisely because it walks hand-in-hand with doubt. If there was only certainty and no doubt, there would be no mystery. And therefore no need for faith.
