It was fun to see more of Rohan and the story of Helm Hammerhand in a film. I like the visuals, and the parts of the stiry that are actually based on Tolkien were great, but I think there were a lot of unneccessary callbacks to the LotR film that really didn't add anything. I wish that new media based on Tolkien were more independent and didn't try to tie in to the Peter Jackson films this much.

Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny 2023
I was suprised at how entertaining I found this film. The twists are fun and the pacing is good. It is no masterpiece by any means, and the CGI is not good enough to be used in close-ups like that, but the overall quality is certainly on the level of other Indiana Jones films.
