Mothers' Instinct 2024
First I have to congratulate Anne and Jessica for a mesmerizing acting and chemistry on the screen! They take us from a dedicating friendship to a shipwrecking relationship. The blue, green and black colors lead us into a hopefulness, sadness and grieving journey. This is a story of motherhood instinct, possessiveness, and disturbing goals, which falls into a tragic, but unforgettable ending. Despite of loosing points on the script, the movie is still a good catch for a cigarette night. It is worth the ticket, for sure!

NYAD 2023
Despite Nyad's arrogance and selfishness, you somehow root for her accomplishment. However, one thing really intrigued me, how can Nyad’s “friend” be so patient and supportive over Nyad’s stubbornness? I mean, there is not a human being like this. Plus, How did they get so much money from sponsors? Surely, that is not the main goal of the movie, but should’ve been explained better. Nevertheless, the movie is a lesson of overcoming obstacles despite aging, and if you put your mind into it, then you’re capable of anything! Annette Bening also showed the audience why she deserved an Oscar nomination. In fact, a brilliant acting.
