Blue Beetle 2023
i feel like it’s the superhero movie i’ve most enjoyed in a while. mainly because of xolo maridueña as he’s one of my favourite young actors and it’s great to see him in a feature film main role. i died laughing with rudy, definitely the best part of the movie.

Twin Peaks 1989
this was such a cool pilot. i love the background music and the ambience it creates. it creates the impression that the town of twin peaks truly exists. officer cooper might just be the funniest dude i’ve seen on tv, unintentionally. the 4:3 proportion makes me feel like i am in the 90’s and honestly creates a more authentic experience. love it.
