  This movie rocks, I didn’t go into it looking for anything special (in fact I expected it to be mid at best) I just love the first Alien and have always been a fan of the franchise so finally got around to watching it.

  It starts off like Alien, then quickly turns into Aliens and the changes again acknowledging Prometheus. 

  Some could say it treads old ground a little but honestly it switched up enough that you don’t sit with any of it long enough to get bored. 

  Sick movie.

  This movie is another one where you just kinda sit and hang out with he characters whilst they process their grief and I think it does it pretty well.

  Casey Afflecks character is never going to be alright and the movie doesn’t pretend that he will be and I appreciate the realism in that.

  Dubious take, this is my least favourite of the original 3.
