Reality 2023
When I call this the lib Richard Jewell I intend it to be 100% a compliment. While it lacks the filmmaking prowess and emotional weight of Clint’s masterpiece, it was still able to bring tears to my eyes as the credits rolled. Show me a compelling depiction of a righteous but naive soul crushed by the omnipotent fist of the US government and I’ll lap that shit up.

god awful. while i've seen almost everything there is to be said about this complete airball of a film, there hasn’t been any mention of those strange music video style zoom-in jump cuts that occur at like two random points of total non-significance within the garbled plot and somehow manage not to be anywhere near its most alienating and absurd parts. i'll forever love carey tho
