I'm Still Here 2024
To begin, this film situates you in time and place so subtly and with such a gentle but clear touch it’s incredible. It feels broad in scope and yet incredibly intimate, the story of a woman as much as a family as much as a country. It’s beautiful, and so well-acted from every side. Fernanda Torres is crazy good. One of the best things I’ve ever seen

Probably the best cinema experience i’ve ever had… me and my 18 year old friends were not expecting to be the youngest people in the cinema, but we were, and it was honestly amazing. the songs all slap (ofc) and some of the more ridiculous bits had the whole audience laughing. 6/10 film, 10/10 experience absolutely
