Gory and whimsical and sinister all at once. This horror movie made complete sense to me once I found out the director was French, and so it also makes the send-up of America's obsession with youthful women all the more pointed. Demi Moore's final transformation recalled the end of Freaks! to me.

A revelatory, delightful documentary about Bob Morgan's art and life. I hope this gets canonized as an essential text of Kentucky's queer history (and so queer history in general) and a much wider audience.

Went in cold knowing very little about this series; still found a lot to enjoy here. I haven't thought about it since, but the gritty '80s aesthetic and Mia Goth's performance have lingered. Plus, a Buster Keaton-dressed creep and one-liner. I'm a sucker for it.

I adore Rose Matafeo. Her new special just continued the reason for that adoration. Sharp, funny as hell, and with a voice not quite like anyone else.
