i will eventually rewatch this again to analyse the details i missed the first time. wonderful movie that was strategically paced and beautifully shot. there were no jumpscares/ghosts/axe murderers but my heart rate was up the entire time. i find olga's indifference/disinterest in lydia particularly interesting (amusing even..?), its a small detail but i think it really adds to the severity of her downfall. lydia's life is falling apart - partner left, score missing, scandals rising. and now she cant…

i really enjoyed this movie!! its refreshing to watch but the gore scared the living crap out of me.. the sfx felt so real like the blood splatters and everyth :0 also pls remind me to never share a bed with my friends (no sucking toes in this household)
