Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania 2023
Went in expecting to see one of the worst Marvel films. Walked out mildly surprised. In terms of many of the most recent MCU projects, this one was very self contained and told its own sci-fi epic. It felt as if Marvel made a Star Wars movie. Kang was terrifying, Scott Lang was wildly entertaining, and the sidekick MODOK was a pinch of comedic relief this movie needed. This film does not take itself seriously, and I went in expecting that. Overall, one of the better recent Marvel movies and held that same comedic feel as the previous Ant-Man movies
