Absolutely masterful screenplay with flawless execution, especially given the budget constraints. Builds intrigue at a surprisingly natural pace, it keeps you constantly on your toes, and lends itself fantastically to rewatch despite relying on a big twist. A new favorite for me, and super cool to see one of Nolan's earlier works considering the behemoth he is today

WTFFFF Watched this on a tiny ass phone screen on a bus ride which certainly didn't do this film justice but Jesus Christ that was nuts. I could feel the lengthy runtime at parts but every scene felt essential for fleshing out the narrative.
