    this show was so beautifully executed wow. this story was something so special since it managed to cover multiple topics such as addiction, homosexuality, AIDS and child abduction in the 70s-80s. having multiple different plots in this story built the suspense in a slow, but effective way. we got to see everyone’s story and progression of Edgar’s abduction advance, and by the end of it, it all satisfyingly came together in one big answered question. one thing that really stuck…

    such a beautiful film and dealt with serious topics; exploring your sexuality all while being affiliated with drug trafficking. the visuals and colors were so pretty and it was so easy to get caught up with Chiron and his emotions. his character stayed consistent throughout the whole film and showed us how big an impact the troubles you go through can have on the entirety of your life. it was so emotional. except the dude next to me thought it was the funniest thing ever how chiron and kevin kissed but okay anyways
