It felt a little bit over dramatized which is to be expected, but it was heartbreaking. Even years after the Weinstein case the scale of it is as horrifying as ever.
Zoe and Karey were awesome.
One of my favourite movies growing up. I totally dealt with the issue that I was slightly too “wrong” for the dance world. It’s silly but I love it.
I’m kind of over movies being 2.5 hours long.
Nicole Kidman was supposed to be adult Alexander Skarsgard’s mother?!?!
Otherwise, it was great. Moody, beautiful and fucking brutal. The fight scenes and the gore was awesomely done.
Especially the scene they show a bit of in the trailer where he catches the (javelin?) and throws it back at the enemy is dope.
Björk and Dafoe were highlights for me, despite being on the film for only a few minutes each, they stole the show.
Loved the shots of the Valkyrie, gorgeous.
Concept was great, trailer was awesome, actors were perfectly cast! Somehow still sucked.
