  Not John Wayne’s best work but a decent film overall. James Caan has always been a stud and I love him as a Mississippi, just wish he used the knife more! Movie could have shaved of 30 minutes and still been good. Bull is also an all time character.

  I just want to start saying I really enjoyed this film. I know I’m new to this film bro stuff but how this won best picture is beyond me. This is the BEST movie of 2024?? Again I don’t have anything bad to say about it it was a good film but there are betters ones

  Please put Ralph Fiennes in any role that is a white man over 50. Dude can ACT. Amazing cinematography and  stacked cast along with Fiennes does the heavy lifting for this movie. Overall the plot was kind of dull. The “mystery” is not really a mystery and viewers can probably guess the ending within 20 minutes, aside from the final “twist” that didn’t really matter?  Visually pleasing and great acting, just wish I didn’t know the ending writhing 20 minutes.

  My second rewatch, and I actually liked it more this time. This is still not a good movie but not as god awful as I first thought. Everything that happens in Malta is just bad. Like really bad. 45 minutes of just garbage. The rest of the movie is ok, some ridiculous scenarios and stupidity of the characters kinda loses me but that’s movies sometimes. Laura Dern has still got it. Might move this above fallen kingdom
