    Unusual thing for me to award much merit to but.. literally the cinematography??? It maintained comedy, drama and surprise throughout and each of the 3 main characters was pleasingly relatable in some way assuming we’re allowed to do any interpretation we want. Shoutout to their great noisework (screams, squeaks) also.

    This is the oldest film I have ever seen and it both did and didn’t feel like it.
