Wow. The heartstrings this film pulls at. If you value, art, humanity, connection, community, justice, chosen family, resiliency…please see this. A person’s face speaks so much personal story and this film does not fall short of sharing that through intentional close ups of the casts’ faces. Everything about this film feels and is so very real. I couldn’t stop the tears flowing from feeling sadness, compassion, rage, relief, belief, admiration, acceptance….beauty in the power and role of creativity.
