  What an amazing wuxia revenge saga. Jade Tiger is truly vibrant with its characters and world, and brings us on a mystic journey that spares absolutely none. Love and revenge will tear us apart.
  The first film that I've watched now that made me realize: Ti Lung is doing it all. Stand out role for him.

  Special Silencers 1982

  Grody head-man gets served up by Prima and Arnaz. Takes a while to ramp-up, but there is gore, flipping, and fighting around punctuating every story beat. In a stunning example, Prima amputates some while rolling around in a barrel, sickle clenched firmly in his striking jaw. Much has already been said of the gnarly carnage, and it doesn't disappoint. It's bizarre, nasty, and super entertaining.
  SPECIAL SILENCERS is as weird as you can imagine. Its low-budget funkiness showcases ambition and committed leads from star performers at the beginning of their careers. If this is even on your radar, it's definitely not going to disppoint.

  Conan the Barbarian 1982

  Pure fantasy joy. Extravagant set pieces, great barbarian action, and some great nods to the original stories. By Crom, it was even better than my childhood memories. With Arnold beefing, Mako narrating, and Poledouris scoring, it was bound to be a classic.
