Absolutely loved it. Robert was incredible and transformative in this role, and the whole cast was insane as well. Mark Ruffalo was absolutely perfect as cough cough Trump oh wait sorry Marshall. I’m obsessed with BJH’s unique style of directing, and I love his creative take on the growing threats Americans are facing today. I’m so grateful to watch original stories that are complimented by great filmmaking like this. It felt so eerily familiar watching this, and I didn’t know whether to laugh or cry about it all. Also if I don’t see creeper plushies on the shelves by Q3 Warner Bros it’s on sight:)

This was my first Eggers film (regretfully) and I was stunned by how much I liked this. Every detail was done with intention to perfection. Absolutely loved the coloring and cinematography. Eggers is an incredible director who showcases his passion and love for this genre through this film. You can see that love scattered throughout every scene.
