Benny's Video 1992
Benny's Video is one of those movies that people believe is simply anti-videogame or anti-media, but it is so much more than that. The concept of representation (as related to Baudrillard's theory of simulation and simulacrum) is wonderfully done in this movie, with the various perspectives of "viewer" we are meant to play. There are so many beautifully crafted scenes that I just have list:

The Seventh Continent 1989
The strict chronological structure allows the viewer to observe this family's lives as systematic and cold, followed by their similarly systematic deaths. It's incredibly tragic how their own deaths --that they seeked-- could've been liberating, but their continual pursual of a false, industrial reality didn't allow them to find relief even at the end of their lives.
As an avid Haneke fan, even in his first production, his style is striking and communicative-- just singularly Hanekean.
