Aftersun 2022
As the most critically-acclaimed film of 2022, I wanted to see what the hype was about. It’s one of them abstract ones that doesn’t really have a storyline but once you finish it realise all the deep meaning behind it. Once I finished it I was like damn I wonder what memory I could have of my dad that’s possible to be presented in film form. Also just really loved taking in the camera work, it was shot to perfection. The final scene really hit home. I’d watch again

It was hyped up to be one of the best horror films in recent times. For me it didn't live up to the hype one bit. If you so choose to read, allow me to explain why this is one of the worst movies I have paid to see, point by point.
