  Love love loved. Such an interesting three act structure that runs the full gamut of emotions and tone. Shockingly hilarious, but also devastatingly emotional. Favorite formal feature is the editing, which is whip fast and dynamic but in service of creating a real sense of time and place.

  Awesome movie. I had never heard of this group and they have instantly entered my playlists for 2024. Was shocked at the amount of sheer plot packed in, and impressed that it never diluted the humor, music, or messages. Really just liked the vibe

  I am exactly the target audience for this so I am incredibly biased, but I loved it!! Jim Carrey comedy stuff was solid, Sonic’s Deadpool-isms were mostly infrequent and used effectively when needed, and the third act was genuinely great. The plot makes no sense, but who cares?? Shadow!!!
