Chasing Amy 1997
Personal feeling movie to me here. I’ve loved this movie since I was a lil guy and it hits way way way too close to home, I absolutely love it. The rawness mixed with dark comedy makes in my opinion one of the best tragic-comedies I’ve seen from a mostly comedy director. Bonus points for the cast, I love seeing young Jason Lee and Ethan Suplee. Bonus points to the bonus points for the amazing cameo/speech from Silent Bob.

Great plot, hilarious chemistry and an unpredictable yet textbook rom-com. Easily a 4/5 but boosted to a 4.5 for the random single scene cameos by recognizable and totally out of place celebrities.
